Prospect and donor information will be considered confidential to all but Foundation staff members, volunteer leaders, and those who need to know it for the performance of their duties.  The Foundation is committed to the ethical collection, use, and distribution of such information.  In the spirit of individual privacy, the Foundation will never share, rent, or sell its donor, prospect, volunteer, or employee lists.  The name, amount, and condition of a gift may be made public unless anonymity is specifically requested prior to the publicity.
