Naming Opportunities
A lasting tribute to celebrate life

The Valley Hospice Foundation offers the opportunity to celebrate the life of a loved one through an array of permanent naming opportunities.  Some of the most popular are brick pavers at $250 and engraved brass leaves on the Tree of Life at $1,000.  Please enclose a note stating your intention with your contribution if you wish for your gift to be honored in this way.

Gifts of $10,000 or more can be acknowledged in many special ways.  Please call for a list of major naming opportunities currently available, to arrange tour of any of our facilities, or to arrange an in-home meeting to discuss recognition options.  We will be happy to find the right recognition for your wishes and your level of support.  We can also create a customized opportunity that meets your personal area of interest.
